Gift Wrapping

When you go to our "Checkout" page you will be given the option of having your purchase gift wrapped for an additional $7.50 fee per gift and also given the opportunuty to let us know what to write on the gift tag which will accompany your gift wrapped gift.

NOTE: Replacement parts, including filter media, cartridges, etc., are not returnable. Merchandise must be returned to us within 30 days from the day you receive it, in good condition, with the original packaging and paperwork. Water filter products, including shower filters, may be returned only if unused.

WATCH RETURNS: Should you decide to return a watch for any reason, we will charge a 15% restocking fee. Watches must be returned in unused, unworn condition and with their complete, un-torn packaging with manuals. Used, worn watches will not be accepted for return. Defective watches will be replaced by us with-in the first 30 days, after that follow the manufacturers warrantee process.

QUANTITY PURCHASES OF RADIO CONTROLLED ATOMIC CLOCKS:

If you wish to order more than 10 of any specific Radio Controlled clock, prior to shipping the complete order, we Recommend that the customer order 1 or 2 clocks so they can be set up and tested in various locations of the facility in which they will be used, to verify that the clocks will in fact receive the signal, and that it will not be interfered with by the structure.

Upon the customers’ satisfaction with the test, the remaining clocks will be shipped. We CAN NOT offer refunds for mass quantities of clocks EVEN WHEN IT IS WITHIN THE 30 DAY RETURN PERIOD. Of course, any defective individual clock, will be handled by the manufacturers warrantee.
